Michael A. Brown

Dr. Michael A. Brown is board certified in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology with 15 years of clinical experience specializing in coronary artery disease, peripheral arterial disease and venous thromboembolism. This includes complex/ high-risk coronary interventions, peripheral/limb salvage procedures, invasive management of pulmonary embolism, venous thrombosis, and valvular heart disease. Dr. Brown understands firsthand the impact physicians can have on patients’ lives and the inequity of knowledge that exists between patients and their treating physicians. As such, Dr. Brown is a firm believer in delivering Patient-Oriented Care by fostering patient autonomy in decision making. This is demonstrated by ensuring treatment options are discussed and created with patients while considering their potential personal, social, and family constraints that may impact the treatment plan.
